The Little Owl
A teeny restaurant that packs a big punch - in the form of delicious dishes.
Strengths
- They keep things simple, but get it all right
- Prices are reasonable
- They have a good selection of wine in half-bottles, so you can enjoy your drinks in moderation (or order two, which I did!)
Shortcomings
It can take a while to get a reservation
Insider tips
- Try the pork chop, the meatball sliders, and the fish
- Make a reservation. It’s teeny and gets crowded (only about 10 tables)
- Skip dessert - the selection is limited
Anecdotes
I went with a party of four, and we were all delighted by the food and the service. The portions were just right, and we left before we were stuffed, drunk, or antsy, which is rare.
